Our rehab facility is also available for use by our patients and the general public, in the form membership i.e. Focus on Fitness Club. Please see membership information that follows. Day and evening hour choices except Sunday. There is no initiation fee or cancellation fee. We are happy to accommodate you as long as you choose to be a member. Our facility has cable TV, and full body work outs including, but not limited to, multiple units by Fitness Plus, Theraciser, ATT 300, Saunders Total Back, Orbitrek, Torso Track, Health Rider, and videos including: Yoga, Pilates, Richard Simmons, The Firm and more. |
